Fox and Friends Steve Doocy again falsely claims that low income Americans pay no taxes

And implies that they should have no right to vote.

First of all, according to The New York Times, the forty-seven percent number cited by Doocy, and by Michael Savage previously, is false.

And second, those who do not pay income taxes because their incomes are simply too low, do pay other taxes. AP:

The vast majority of people who escape federal income taxes still pay other taxes, including federal payroll taxes that fund Social Security and Medicare, and excise taxes on gasoline, aviation, alcohol and cigarettes. Many also pay state or local taxes on sales, income and property.

Regardless of either point the right to vote belongs to all citizens oif the United States, not just those who grease the wheels of the plutonomy.

Adding.....just more evidence that Fox Network hates the Constitution.
